Self-Love in Practice

  • Emory Presbyterian Church 1886 North Decatur Road Atlanta, GA, 30307 United States (map)

Experience a profound 4-hour immersion into deep relaxation and alignment within the body while igniting a shift towards peace in your mind. Each one of us holds self-imposed “Limitations” that are generated by stories we tell ourselves based on life events. The key to moving into a greater state of flow, joy and general wellbeing is to see these so-called “limitations” for what they are.

When you see them clearly, you begin to perceive them and yourself differently. You hold more grace and understanding for that part of yourself. Within this grace peace occurs.

Do you have a belief that you feel might be holding you from fully engaging in life with exuberance, creativity, and joy?

If your answer is yes, this mini-retreat is for you!

We start with a guided gong meditation that takes you to a part of the self that you are struggling with and work to release the struggle. With that beautiful release, you are no longer struggling against yourself, freeing up a lot of energy.

After a grounding break with nourishing refreshments and time for journalling, you target specific reflex points across the body to clear blockages in the flow of your life force energy. Enveloping music provides a soothing backdrop while you experience the shifts and changes possible.

The combination of sound and energy creates profound shifts in the body and mind.

Patrick is in high demand around the U.S. offering retreats or hour-long Life Force Energy activation sessions for private clients and small groups. We’re so lucky to have him in-person for this event!

Following his sessions, clients often report a heightened sense of physical comfort, a profound expansion of well-being, and the release of pent-up emotions, among other notable positive effects.
