Full Moon Gong Bath Meditation

  • Emory Presbyterian Church Education Building 1886 N. Decatur Rd Atlanta United States (map)

Marking the middle of a moon phase, full moon energy is often activating and releasing as it asks us to come into full expression of ourself and the energy of this phase while letting go of what the body and mind no longer needs.

Working with this energy, we see and work through any obstacles to manifesting our intentions and growth of this phase.

Add in a gong and the sound removes energetic barriers to embodiment of your soul’s purpose.

Gong bath meditations also allow for deep relaxation and can help with sleep. Because of the way the gongs help bring the brain waves into a meditative pattern, the mind stuff (thoughts) is frequently released and areas of the body holding tension may feel their own releases.

During a full moon gong meditation, because it is an activating energy, many releases are possible. Everyone responds to sound differently and no two gongs baths are alike because I energetically read the room, intuitively picking up what you need.

This group is capped at 8, a number of great significance for transformative self-growth.

Note: If you are in the 1st trimester or have a pacemaker that may be sensitive to sound please consult with your doctor before attending.
