Gong Bath Meditation and Yoga Nidra

  • Decatur Healing Arts 619 A East College Ave Decatur, Georgia United States (map)

Step into a space of deep relaxation and renewal with our Gong Bath Meditation & Yoga Nidra session. This powerful blend of sound healing and guided meditation is designed to calm the mind, ease the body, and restore the spirit. During this session, Eve will begin with a soothing Gong Bath Meditation. Using a harmonious blend of gongs, wind chimes, rainsticks, and other instruments, she creates waves of sound that invite you to let go of stress, settle into stillness, and experience profound relaxation. The resonant vibrations work through your entire being, releasing tension, balancing emotions, and bringing your mind to a place of calm.

Susanne will guide you into the practice of Yoga Nidra, going beyond traditional meditation practices, leading you into a state between wakefulness and sleep. Here, deep rest and healing can occur naturally as you access layers of consciousness often untouched in daily life. Yoga Nidra provides a sanctuary for the nervous system, allowing the body to fully relax and enter into a blissful state.

What to Bring: To enhance your comfort, feel free to bring a small pillow, bolsters, shawl or light blanket, and an eye cover. If you have crystals, you are welcome to bring them to absorb the calming energies of the session.
