During this session, Susanne will guide you into the practice of Yoga Nidra, going beyond traditional meditation practices, leading you into a state between wakefulness and sleep. Here, deep rest and healing can occur naturally as you access layers of consciousness often untouched in daily life. Eve uses a harmonious blend of gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, wind chimes, rainsticks, and other instruments, to creates waves of sound that invite you go deeper into profound relaxation. The resonant vibrations work through your entire being, releasing tension, balancing emotions, and bringing your mind to a place of calm.
